Each time these pages are requested, the host (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, West Europe region) processes technically necessary data: IP address, timestamp, address requested, volume transferred, browser and system details.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and trouble-free operation of the site. This data is not combined with any other source.
No cookies, no analytics
No cookies are set, no analytics tools are used, and no third-party content is loaded - no fonts, no maps, no embedded video. That is why there is no consent banner: there would be nothing to consent to.
Local storage used by the tools
The tools on this site - the calendar and the Leitner boxes - remember your progress in your browser’s local storage. That information never leaves your device and never reaches me.
This storage is strictly necessary for the service you explicitly requested and therefore requires no consent under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Getting in touch
The contact page carries no form, only an email link. If you write to me, your details are processed in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted once they are no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.
