Public holidays and bridge days

Any year, any region, in Germany, France or Luxembourg. Nothing is stored: Easter is computed and nine feasts follow from it, so the answer is as good for 2040 as for this year.

In Germany a public holiday falling on a Sunday is simply lost - nothing replaces it. Most calendars never mention it.
